I’m looking for a remote, full-time role where I can own HR operations—recruitment, employee relations, and compensation—while streamlining workflows and supporting distributed teams with accuracy, confidentiality, and efficient client communication.

I’m a results-driven HR and Administrative professional with 17+ years supporting multi-entity organizations and distributed teams. I’ve led end-to-end HR across five companies (500+ employees), supervised HR/Admin staff, and strengthened HR policies, SOPs, and internal controls to improve clarity and operational efficiency.

I also bring deep compensation and benefits expertise, managing 1,200+ employees nationwide and leading the transition from manual to automated payroll systems.
