What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow into a project management role within the construction industry and continue developing my knowledge and experience in real estate development, operations, and cross-functional coordination.

I lead sales and community operations at Doppio at Westside, a 108-home luxury short-term rental community. I've driven $4.95M in sales across eight homes while coordinating launches, pricing, inventory, model homes, and homeowner experience.

I work closely with developers, lenders, designers, contractors, and property management teams to keep cross-functional projects moving. I also cultivate a network of 500+ local and international real estate contacts and have planned 15+ realtor events to generate referrals and sales.

Previously, I represented residential buyers and sellers at ON ME Realty and managed accounting, payroll, inventory, and daily operations at Studio G 165. I'm looking to grow into project management within the construction industry while continuing to build my development and operations experience.
