What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring my experience more directly into Learning and Development and Talent Development.

At Corndel / Corndel College London, I coach and develop 45 professional learners completing the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship. I work with learners and line managers to set development goals, review progress and connect learning to organisational needs.

I design and facilitate monthly leadership and management workshops, using supporting materials and practical activities. I use engagement, progression and performance data to identify learning needs and opportunities for targeted development.

Previously, at the Chartered Management Institute, I managed 26 higher-education partnerships and a £1.6 million partnership pipeline. At Cardiff and Vale College, I led an Employability & Enterprise team of six and supported initiatives reaching approximately 10,000 learners; I'm now looking to bring my experience more directly into Learning and Development and Talent Development.
