What I'm looking for
I have a long career in customer service, technical support and sales, I started in 2015 working at FedEx started with FedEx ground after sometime I got a better chance and started to work in FedEx international checking status of packages going out the country and coming in as well, I Iwas at FedEx for 2 years, after FedEx I applied to get a job as a tech agent at directv where I used to have a lot more experience when dealing with tech savy situations since we needed to guide people over the phone to download latest version of their tv or set up a tv with our devices, we also used to set up appointments if the issue was in the field, I worked at directv for three years. Finally, I worked for at&t as tech agent where we used to troubleshoot tv as well but it was a little more complicated because I had to guide people to download application on their phone sometimes to have a remote support sesion and better assist them , other times so they could better manage their product, I have a lot of experience when helping people to manage their websites download files from their email , fixing issues to log in or just checking why customer could not receive nor send emails either on their computers or smartphones i used track and set replacements of our faulty equipment sometimes , we also booked appointments and had to follow up in them to make sure issue gets resolved. Outages were on thing that I had to follow up until they get resolved, and that's part of my experience working in tech support and customer service
