As an accomplished Account Director with a strong background in international business and economics, I have honed my skills in managing key client relationships and driving strategic account plans. My journey began with a Master’s in International Business from Pantheon Sorbonne, followed by a Master’s in Economics and Big Data from Aix Marseille Université. This educational foundation has equipped me with the analytical skills necessary to identify growth opportunities and enhance client satisfaction.

In my current role at Digital Mekong, I lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring performance aligns with our strategic objectives. I have successfully expanded our client portfolio by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. My previous experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager at Wunderman and a Senior CRM Project Manager at BETC Fullsix has further refined my project management skills, particularly in CRM strategies and customer lifecycle management. I am passionate about leveraging data to drive marketing effectiveness and improve user experiences.
