What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity in Thailand, where I can use my account management and digital advertising experience to support customer growth. I'm open to relocation and would require employer sponsorship for the appropriate visa and work permit.

At TDCX Thailand’s Meta Ads Project, I managed advertiser accounts across Southeast Asia, helping clients adopt solutions, retain revenue, and identify opportunities for growth. My work contributed to 70–80% solution adoption, 100% revenue retention, and 10–12% quarter-over-quarter revenue growth.

I also led customer complaint and account escalation resolution, coordinated with relevant teams, and supported new hires through coaching. I represented the Vietnam market in roundtables and shared customer and market insights with team leadership.

Before TDCX, I worked at TopDev as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Social Media Specialist. I ran campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads, and grew TopDev’s Facebook audience from about 50,000 to over 148,000 followers while building its LinkedIn presence to over 10,000 followers.
