What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in a digital marketing role where I can lead integrated campaigns, optimise e-commerce and digital channels, use performance data to improve results, and collaborate across teams in a multi-brand environment.

At AC Concepts in Singapore, I lead digital marketing and brand activities across six hospitality brands, supporting awareness, customer engagement, and commercial campaigns.

I plan multi-channel content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok; manage Shopify and CMS website updates; and launch and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads. I also manage Google Business Profiles, CRM communications through SevenRooms and Oddle, and monthly reporting across website, SEO, paid media, social, and email.

Previously at ALE-HOP, I oversaw an e-commerce platform with more than 3,000 SKUs and improved website conversion by 60% through UX improvements, CRO initiatives, and A/B testing.

I bring hands-on experience across SEO, content, website management, paid media, CRM, analytics, and integrated campaign execution in retail and hospitality.
