What I'm looking for

I want to work as an ABA-focused behavior therapist where I can run structured, individualized therapy programs, collaborate with a supportive team, and keep growing through feedback and learning opportunities.

I’m a Registered Behavioral Therapist who builds trustful relationships with autistic children while completing individualized therapy programs with one-on-one instruction. I take pride in preparing engaging sessions, completing therapy programs, and supporting routines through consistent, caring communication.

Before and alongside my therapy work, I led teams and owned day-to-day service in fast-paced environments. As a CAP 2 Team Associate, Shift Lead, and Assistant Manager, I strengthened time management, organization, inventory and scheduling accuracy, and problem solving—skills I now apply to therapy structure, session follow-through, and calm, dependable support.

I’m also actively pursuing ABA education, with prior studies in Chemistry/Pharmaceuticals and Rehabilitation Sciences. I’m motivated by growth, and I want to join an environment where feedback, learning, and individualized planning help clients thrive while I continue developing professionally.
