I’m a dedicated and dynamic Registered Behavioral Therapist with experience supporting children and caregivers through evidence-based ABA therapy. I’m detail oriented, diligent, and adaptable—bringing a steady, calm approach to challenging moments and measurable progress.

In my preschool teaching role, I created a positive learning environment that supported growth and development for ages 2–12. I implemented lesson plans and daily classroom schedules in line with curriculum and communicated with parents daily to address concerns quickly and effectively.

As a registered behavioral therapist, I provide one-to-one ABA therapy in clients’ home environments under BCBA supervision. I implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs, collecting accurate data and using positive reinforcement, prompting, shaping, and task analysis to support communication, social skills, daily living skills, and adaptive behavior.

I’m also experienced in customer service and order-focused roles, where I built strong relationships, trained new employees, and resolved issues through problem-solving and de-escalation. With my Associates Degree in Business Administration (Small Business/Entrepreneurship), I bring organized thinking and a goal-driven mindset—seeking an opportunity to help your company achieve its goals.
