What I'm looking for

I seek a role combining platform operations, user engagement and content creation where I can lead support, improve user experience, and contribute to internal communications.

I am a dynamic, versatile professional with extensive experience in platform services, operations, finance support and content creation. As founder of the travel blog "Diaries of an explorer," I grew reach across platforms and added video production and editing to my skillset, while also creating an online course and offering private tours.

In corporate roles I served as Experienced Professional and Business Support at DHL Finance Services BV where I led first- and second-level support for the employee app Smart Connect, participated in UAT and testing, produced usage analysis and reporting, and contributed to internal communications and onboarding efforts.

Earlier roles include account and project management, pricing and profitability analysis, international business development and team coordination in markets such as Italy, Spain and Brazil.
