What I'm looking for

I am looking for an IT support role where I can apply systems and data skills, contribute to operational efficiency, and grow technical expertise in a collaborative environment.

I am an IT Assistant and Technical Support Specialist with a Bachelor's in Systems Analysis and Development and hands-on experience monitoring systems, collecting and analyzing operational data, and resolving technical issues. At Condomínio Geral Porto Frade I supported operational control, organized Excel reports and tracked performance metrics, contributing to improved process visibility and responsiveness.

I hold completed courses in Power BI, SQL Server and Looker Studio, and I am progressing in Python programming. I have immediate availability, a Category B driver’s license, and I seek to apply my skills in networks, infrastructure basics, data visualization and reporting to support a company's technological processes and efficiency.
