What I'm looking for

I seek roles combining technical support and administrative responsibilities in a collaborative environment where I can grow, apply troubleshooting skills, and support clients and operations.

I am a versatile professional with a foundation in mechanical engineering and technical training in IT and administrative support. My background spans IT support, software testing, and administrative roles where I combined technical troubleshooting with clear client communication.

In IT roles I handled helpdesk support, system updates, network and workstation maintenance, antivirus and server management, and Mikrotik configuration, and I supported software quality by analyzing system errors. I have practical experience in assembly and maintenance of computers and electronic soldering.

On the administrative side I supported reprographics operations, managed documentation and artwork, and provided client-facing service guidance for telecom normalization processes. Most recently I worked as an Accounts Payable Analyst overseeing appropriate use of federal and state school funds in Minas Gerais.

I bring strong oral and written communication, persuasion, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and basic programming (JavaScript, C, HTML). I seek to apply my combined IT and administrative experience to roles that value reliability, clear client service, and hands-on technical ability.
