I’m a Systems and Support Analyst moving into Data Analyst roles, using SQL/PL-SQL to query, extract, and investigate large data volumes in Oracle and PostgreSQL. I turn operational data into clear insights through Power BI, KPI reporting, and automation that improves data quality and reduces manual work.

Since Oct 2023, I’ve supported incident resolution and technical decisions by analyzing Oracle and PostgreSQL data with SQL/PL-SQL. I investigate incidents, logs, services, and integrations to identify root cause patterns, and I automate recurring extraction, diagnostics, and validation routines using Python, Bash, and SQL.

I also validate data flow and integration accuracy with APIs using Postman, while monitoring system and data health with Zabbix. I’ve worked across development, infrastructure, database, and support teams—documenting data and operational procedures to keep systems dependable.

Before this, I served as a Maintenance and Systems Supervisor (Sep 2017–Sep 2023), running SQL/PL-SQL queries for logistics and fiscal systems and standardizing reporting routines. I built Excel VBA tools and dashboards for internal controls and KPI tracking, combining hands-on technical support with a data-driven continuous improvement mindset.
