I am a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years delivering network solutions for a Tier 1 cable operator across the Americas. I build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships, guiding end-to-end projects for Capacity, IP and Colocation services while ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction.

I validate end-to-end service tests (BERT, RFC2544, Y1564), support sales on technical and billing issues, and produce formal delivery documentation.

I hold a Bachelor in Telecommunications Engineering and several technical and project management certifications. I am comfortable with Cisco/Juniper CLIs, routing protocols (IGP/BGP), DWDM/OTN/GCE/Ethernet technologies, and data center procedures, and I communicate fluently in Spanish and English.
