At NWN CAROUSEL, I managed enterprise technology projects in a multicultural environment, working with technical teams, vendors and stakeholders in the U.S. and India. I also worked alongside engineers on acceptance testing and issue resolution, while fostering SLA compliance, knowledge transfer and documentation.
At REDES DE FIBRA DEL PERÚ, I coordinated the deployment of more than 200 km of horizontal FTTH fiber-optic network and supported the redesign of a project halted by the municipality. I was also part of the teams assigned to the design, construction and operational readiness of two data centers.
Earlier, at GMC, I guided organizational restructuring with more than 150 employees and helped the sales team implement the group's first formal sales forecasting process. At PROTOKOL GROUP and MOTOROLA, I contributed to regional technology operations, project governance and network deployments across Latin America.
