I’m looking for a remote role where I can lead B2B SaaS delivery—implementation, adoption, and customer success—while translating client needs into product value. I thrive partnering with Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders.

I’m a Project Manager and Implementation Lead with 3+ years of international experience delivering B2B SaaS solutions across the U.S., Latin America, and 10+ countries. I manage the full client lifecycle—from implementation and onboarding to adoption, retention, and product feedback.

In my most recent work, I led end-to-end delivery for strategic enterprise accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams of 13+ members across Product, Engineering, and Support. I’ve executed software feature rollouts to 30+ enterprise accounts and achieved a 100% adoption rate with zero critical incidents.

I also serve as the bridge between client needs and product direction. I translate structured feedback into actionable product insights—supporting roadmap decisions, feature prioritization, and release planning—while acting as a primary escalation point to align expectations with delivery timelines.
