At Integratel Perú (Movistar Perú), I own architecture and capacity planning for the nationwide IP/MPLS network. I engineer international peering, transit, and edge-caching BGP policy, and lead deep dives into customer-impacting events from root cause through corrective action.
I built Python, Netmiko, and Linux tooling to collect and parse routing tables from more than 1,000 devices, cutting manual collection from hours to minutes. I also deployed Akvorado with ClickHouse to provide flow-based traffic visibility for peering, capacity, and incident analysis.
Previously, at Telefónica HISPAM, I designed multi-vendor IP/MPLS solutions for eight countries and established regional routing-policy standards. At Entel Perú S.A., I led IP/MPLS network evolution and engineered the Entel–Americatel network fusion, preserving service continuity.
