What I'm looking for
I am a Registered Professional Teacher (LPT) with a Bachelor’s in Secondary Education - English and hands-on experience in customer advocacy and technical support. I bring strong communication skills, empathy, and professionalism developed through frontline roles in BPO and clinic administration.
In customer-facing roles, I resolved technical and service issues via phone, chat, and email, prioritized and tracked problems to resolution, and coordinated technician visits when needed. I consistently protected customer privacy and ensured accurate, timely information delivery.
I have managed social media channels—including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok shop—creating graphics, responding to inquiries, and maintaining brand voice. In clinic administration I handled appointments, payments, inventory, supplier expenses, and government contribution processing.
