I am looking for a role that values communication and problem-solving, where I can contribute to customer satisfaction and grow professionally.

I am a dedicated and passionate individual pursuing a Bachelor of Secondary Education with a major in English. My academic journey has been marked by consistent excellence, as evidenced by my status as a Dean’s Lister and recipient of multiple honors. I thrive in environments that challenge my abilities and allow me to contribute positively to the learning experience of others.

Throughout my studies, I have developed strong problem-solving and communication skills, which I aim to utilize in a customer service position. My experience as an interviewer and adviser of the English Club has honed my ability to connect with others, build rapport, and work collaboratively.
