Marc Amgad
@marcamgad
I build explainable AI systems and full-stack platforms for high-impact applications.
What I'm looking for
I built MMAF-CD, a PyTorch multi-modal cancer-detection framework covering 16 organs and 57 cancer subtypes. Its hierarchical FiLM router achieved 98.44% organ-routing accuracy, while a six-layer explainability engine and uncertainty-aware reliability layer supported trustworthy clinical predictions.
At TG75 for Integrated Systems, I built GNSS signal-simulation tooling in GNU Radio and Python, RF configuration software, IoT blockchain ledger components, automated battery-testing workflows, and agentic software components. I earned an Exceptional performance rating while contributing across embedded systems, secure distributed systems, internal databases, and source-code security reviews.
I also build end-to-end AI and backend products, including an Arabic legal NLP system with OCR, BPE tokenization, Transformer pre-training, and legal-risk classification. As a Junior Teaching Assistant at GUC, I teach algorithms, data structures, OOP, Python, Java, and declarative AI to more than 50 students.
