What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build end-to-end AI pipelines in production, combining ML lifecycle automation with explainability (SHAP/LIME/Grad-CAM) and GenAI/RAG. I want a collaborative team that values deployment, monitoring, and real-world impact.

I’m a Data Scientist and AI Engineer specializing in Machine Learning Lifecycle Automation, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing. I build end-to-end AI pipelines—from data preprocessing and model development to evaluation, explainability, deployment, and monitoring. My work spans applied medical AI, time-series modeling, speech and NLP systems, and research-driven explainable AI.

I’ve supported real-world delivery through internships and team leadership, applying the end-to-end data science pipeline on production-oriented projects. As a Data Scientist & Team Leader at Digital Egypt Pioneers Initiative (DEPI), I coordinated tasks and supported team delivery across AI and data science work. I also completed an NLP internship covering ML, DL, transformers, OCR, web scraping, FAISS retrieval, and Flask/Streamlit deployment.

I’m hands-on with Generative AI and RAG systems, including vector databases, semantic retrieval, and grounded response generation. I’ve built systems like RAGify (Retrieval-Augmented Generation with vector databases and LLM-grounded responses) and implemented production-style components such as dashboards, APIs, and deployment workflows. I’m especially motivated by explainability—using SHAP, LIME, and Grad-CAM—to make AI decisions transparent and actionable.
