I partner directly with hiring managers and business leaders to turn hiring needs into targeted sourcing and talent strategies. I also build specialist pipelines for test automation, QA engineering and test leadership while advising on talent availability, compensation and market conditions.

Previously at Yacht and Randstad Professionals, I recruited across HR, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Data and IT, advised stakeholders on hiring and talent topics, and coached Talent Acquisition Specialists. I have also combined recruitment with business development, recruitment marketing, onboarding, events and social media.
