I’m a bilingual native Portuguese and English interpreter and translator with OPI and VRI experience, and I bring strong live-interpretation skills to real customer interactions. I focus on accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and confidentiality in every call and message.

In my current Receptionist role, I provide video remote interpretation and over-the-phone interpretation services to customers, companies, residents, and private contracts. I also support international clients with chat assistance, call attendance, and interpretation documents while ensuring correct, confidential communication.

I’m comfortable handling receptionist responsibilities end-to-end—answering messages, emails, and phone calls, and directing questions to the appropriate person or department. I maintain calendars and schedule appointments to support effective time management for both clients and employees.
