In hospitality I managed reservations, reception duties, event booking logistics and guest safety while providing tailored client solutions and maintaining professional etiquette. In commercial roles I source and cultivate business opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate, manage portfolios and support after-sales to boost client loyalty.

I hold certifications in front desk operations, reception etiquette and translation training, and I am proficient in Portuguese, English, and French. I seek roles where I can apply my customer-service expertise, commercial acumen and language skills to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
