I’m a proven P&L operator in premium and mass-premium categories, known for strategic direction and disciplined execution across complex regions, subsidiaries, distributor markets and retail/ecommerce channels.
Most recently, I’ve been working as a Senior Private Equity Advisor in Singapore/Australia, helping investors and consumer companies with APAC expansion, acquisition screening and commercial strategy. Previously, as Managing Director, AEMEA at The Hershey Company, I owned P&L responsibility above USD 400M across 25+ countries and led 300+ staff, engineering a regional growth strategy that doubled CAGR versus the prior period and strengthening S&OP and forecast accuracy.
I also bring deep brand-and-channel leadership from Ferrero, including General Manager roles in Korea and (including) Japan, and a group CEO experience for a Series B food platform in Singapore. I focus on premiumization, pricing and margin discipline, distributor management, route-to-market transformation, and turning data and planning (S&OP) into measurable execution with senior stakeholder influence with HQ.

Growthwell Foods

Led Growthwell Foods through rapid international growth and operational scaling, delivering 77% net sales growth in 2022. Secured USD 10M strategic funding and built leadership and operating discipline across commercial, supply, manufacturing, and finance.
Led a complex AEMEA consumer business across 25+ countries with P&L responsibility above USD 400M and 300+ staff. Doubled CAGR vs. prior three-year period, grew net sales 5% and operating income 20% in 2020, and improved S&OP forecast accuracy while increasing factory capacity utilization by 20 percentage points.
Turned around the Asia business, increasing profitability by 500% within 12 months. Strengthened distributor, modern trade, retail, and ecommerce execution and reset the operating model for more predictable profitable growth.
Led the Korea business with full accountability for a USD 100M P&L and a team of 50. Delivered a board-approved five-year growth strategy targeting 55% turnover increase, rebuilt distributor relationships, and improved S&OP discipline while driving premiumization for gifting and family consumption occasions.
Led the Japan business and established a new operating model for a USD 25M market. Set up a central Tokyo office, redesigned the distributor model, and delivered 50% sales growth through distribution expansion, media investment, and experiential activation.
Owned North Asia brand strategy and activation across priority markets. Drove portfolio growth (Ferrero Rocher +8%, Nutella +25%, Tic Tac +50%) and introduced a frozen co-packing model that reduced Ferrero Rocher lead time from three months to three weeks.
Delivered 7% CAGR in pralines through product innovation and geographic expansion. Managed multi-market brand strategy across mature and developing markets.
