What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-friendly role where I can deliver excellent customer experiences through clear communication, organized support, and problem-solving. I want to grow in client-facing operations and contribute to smooth business outcomes.

I’m a customer-oriented professional combining customer service, sales support, reservations management, and client communication. I help clients feel heard by actively listening, using available resources to meet needs, and resolving issues efficiently to maintain positive relationships.

In my roles as a Reservations and Sales Agent and Customer Service Agent, I ensured clients had positive, informative call experiences and supported their understanding and improvement of care plans. I’m comfortable working remotely and using communication and productivity tools to keep support consistent and effective.
