Alejandra Aguilera

I am a responsible and respectful individual who consistently achieves short, medium, and long-term goals. My perseverance in the face of adversity allows me to efficiently execute the processes assigned to me, ensuring that I meet the expectations set before me. With a solid foundation in modern languages, particularly English and French, I have honed my skills through various teaching roles and educational experiences.

My journey began at Javeriana University, where I studied Modern Languages, and I further developed my expertise as an English tutor in the Ancla Project. My experience as an English teacher at the Social Educational Alliance Foundation allowed me to apply my knowledge in a practical setting, earning recognition through certificates such as the DELF B1 exam and a Certificate of Knowledge in Communicative English. I have also provided private lessons, demonstrating my commitment to helping students excel in their language skills.

In addition to my teaching experience, I have worked in customer service as a collections agent at Concentrix/Capital One, where I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. I am passionate about fostering a collaborative learning environment and contributing positively to the educational community.
