What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote support role where I can manage customer or student communication, follow up on tasks, coordinate schedules, document information, and help resolve digital-platform issues.

I've supported students across UNAD, Universidad Javeriana, Universidad La Gran Colombia, Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, and Colegio San Viator through virtual learning, academic guidance, follow-up, and digital communication.

At Smart Academy, I combined English instruction with customer support, answering questions about services, fees, schedules, and class programming. I bring 15 years in education, C1 English, and hands-on experience managing inquiries, documentation, scheduling, platform issues, and remote support.
