What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can teach or support language learning, create customized learning materials, and use digital tools to improve communication—preferably with a team that values empathy, quick problem-solving, and continuous growth.

I deliver English instruction to students from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds, leading remote lessons using Zoom and in-person sessions. I develop customized learning materials to strengthen oral and written communication, using interactive, communication-focused teaching methods.

Alongside tutoring, I support customer needs in fast-paced hospitality environments. I resolve inquiries professionally, maintain service quality while multitasking, and contribute to positive customer experiences through active listening and problem-solving.
