What I'm looking for

I want a job with job security and long-term opportunity, decent employee benefits, and good financial growth.

I'm a performance marketer with 3+ years of experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead generation and e-commerce brands across travel, jewellery, D2C and consumer categories. I currently manage Meta Ads for 15+ client accounts at ProtonX Media, optimising each account against one target number: cost per lead for service businesses, ROAS for online stores.

Two things I'm proud of: across 21+ ad accounts and ₹7.78 lakh+ (around $8000) in ad spend, I generated 2,710+ leads at an average CPL of ₹287.16 (around $3), with a best single campaign at ₹68.34 (around $0.71). On the e-commerce side, I've reached up to 5x ROAS, including ₹50,000+ (around $520) in Shopify sales on about ₹12,000 (around $124) of ad spend in 10 days. I've also run Google Ads Search for an international client, with an 11.02% CTR.

I do the full job: audience research, ad scripts, creative testing, budget pacing, conversion tracking and reporting. I'm looking for a remote Performance Marketing Specialist or Paid Media role at a lead-generation or e-commerce company, where I can own Meta and Google Ads accounts end to end. I've worked with clients independently alongside full-time roles, so async, results-driven teams suit me well.
