I worked with data scientists on an AI/ML onboarding model trained on 3M+ KYC/KYB records that cut customer acquisition cost by 43%, and introduced products including a self-serve experimentation platform.
At Paytm, I built an in-house real-time payments risk engine that reduced fraud by 85% in three months. I also reduced false positives to improve payment conversion and unlock ₹250 Cr+ monthly GMV. Earlier, at Faurecia Automotive Seating, I led design of seven EV vehicle interiors.
