At Adyen, I drove in-person payments strategy for Japan, prioritising IC Transit card integration across terminals, and launched payment recovery that enabled additional monthly transaction value. I also built an APAC payment health dashboard and an AI-powered POS terminal that won Adyen’s first global AI hackathon.
At Amazon Pay, I integrated a second co-lender into the personal loan platform and deployed an LLM-powered tool for caller teams. Earlier at Pinelabs, I built AI/ML data products, including Setu Insights, which created a ₹4Cr business in six months, and contributed to financial products and ML initiatives.
