What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own operations setup and process improvement for healthcare or cross-functional projects—building SOPs, KPI reporting, and automation that keeps delivery on time and audit-ready.

I’ve spent the last couple of years building and optimizing business systems for service delivery—from setting up Google Workspace and Asana to creating SOPs and documentation repositories for 10–12 active accounts.

At DMM Services Pvt Ltd (remote), I coordinated 6–7 concurrent projects with cross-functional teams of 4–5, ran KPI reporting, and improved onboarding and escalation resolution—plus streamlined documentation and communication with Slack and AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
