I'm a remote administrative and operations professional based in Zimbabwe with 8+ years of experience working directly with North American healthcare and business organizations. I have built a track record of delivering reliable, high quality work across time zones.
My core expertise sits at the intersection of executive support and healthcare administration. I've managed Revenue Cycle Management workflows, handled HIPAA-compliant data and patient records, administered CRM platforms including Carestack, Open Dental, and SAP, and coordinated small to medium sized remote teams through daily operations. I've supported senior leadership with scheduling, correspondence, reporting, and process management while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
