What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a sales leadership role where I can build high-performing teams, use Salesforce and KPI analysis to improve revenue, and deliver excellent customer experiences in an international, target-driven environment.

I've led sales at Study & More since 2021, developing strategies aligned with company objectives and driving performance through revenue, margin, and conversion-rate KPIs.

I recruit, train, and supervise sales representatives, set targets, and work closely with admissions and visa teams to support each client. I also supervise marketing and sales teams while maintaining high-quality after-sales service and customer satisfaction.

Previously, I combined community management and sales at Study and More, creating posts, stories, and videos, monitoring market trends, and managing an online community of prospective clients. I moderated interactions and handled e-reputation issues.

My earlier sales-supervision experience at Sanofi Pharmaceutical Laboratory and Projet Tell included commercial strategy execution, sales-trend analysis, call-center recruitment, training, and performance reporting.
