To obtain a stable situation with a development-oriented company in the area of Receptionist background, where my high regard for loyalty, capacity for hard work, and diligence should be merited for job security, job satisfaction, and unlimited promotional prospects.

I’m a Driver Manager who keeps customers regularly updated with tracking information and shipment status while coordinating drivers to ensure smooth operations. I handle billing, documentation, and filing processes accurately, and I stay on top of driver hours and logbooks for DOT regulations compliance.

Earlier in my career, I built strong front-line customer service skills as a Receptionist—greeting customers, answering telephone calls, making reservations, and processing payment transactions. I also stepped into leadership as a Team Leader at Qualfon, overseeing agents, marking attendance, scheduling agents, and coaching opportunities.
