I’m a Revenue Cycle Associate focused on driving financial and operational excellence through reimbursement expertise and advanced data analytics. I pair an MBA with a Data Analytics certification and a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences to connect clinical workflows to measurable revenue outcomes.

My background is rooted in revenue cycle management, medical billing systems, and auditing insurance billing workflows through clearinghouses. I’ve supported high-volume RCM operations by processing commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid claims through Waystar/Zirmed and Availity, and I’ve used proactive denial management and appeals to accelerate cash flow and improve reimbursement accuracy.

I’m also hands-on with analytics that translate into action. Using SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel, I perform precise data mapping, validation, and quality assurance routines across complex healthcare datasets, while building operational metrics and KPI tracking to support performance monitoring and decision-making.

Beyond my analytics work, I’ve led cross-functional efforts through directorship and mentorship. As a Co-Founder/Director, I leveraged Tableau and advanced Excel financial models to track budgets and forecast expenses, and I led a 30-member executive board—strengthening my ability to deliver client-ready workstreams and executive presentations.
