What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a healthcare operations or business operations role where I can improve workflows, strengthen operational reporting, ensure data integrity and compliance, and partner cross-functionally to reduce discrepancies and drive continuous process improvement.

I support healthcare administration and operational reporting by validating documentation and system data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. In my current Oncology Operations role, I resolve reimbursement and patient access discrepancies, maintain data integrity through quality control, and coordinate with providers, pharmacists, manufacturers, insurance companies, and internal teams to keep high-volume workflows moving.

I bring a strong operations foundation from hands-on healthcare work, including maintaining controlled substance reconciliation and detailed record management as a Pharmacy Technician. I’m currently pursuing an MBA and focusing on healthcare operations, business administration, and process improvement—while strengthening my toolkit with SQL and Power BI.
