What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine business analytics with revenue-cycle expertise—using Tableau, R, and Excel to uncover trends, reduce denials, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations that improve operational efficiency.

I’m a data-driven professional who manages and analyzes large datasets to improve business performance and operational efficiency. In my role as a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist, I use Veradigm ICD-10 coding to support accurate insurance payments and legal compliance.

I’ve analyzed and managed 80,000+ records to identify trends, reduce claim denials, and improve process efficiency. I also track payment data to optimize revenue cycle performance, lead in-house collection communications to improve cash flow, and streamline business office communication through email, phone, and fax.

I’m currently pursuing an MBA in Business Analytics, building stronger data-driven decision-making through Excel, Tableau, R, and quantitative analysis. I also led a case competition team as a College of Business Consulting Case Competition Team Lead, earning a 2023 place winner and Dean’s list, along with a Cum Laude award.
