What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a challenging position in a dynamic environment where I can use my knowledge and experience, prove my capabilities and skills, and contribute to the organization’s objectives.

At Wipro, I worked as a ServiceNow developer, supporting ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. I also worked on Request Management, record producers, and service-level agreements.

As a ServiceNow Developer Intern at Manmun Pvt Ltd, I designed and implemented a ServiceNow-based Leave Management System with role-based workflows for employees and managers.

For the leave system, I created custom tables and automated approval flows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor. I applied ACLs, UI Policies, and Business Rules, and used GlideRecord, Script Includes, and UI Actions for features such as leave balance validation.

I also gained exposure to ITOM, including CMDB configuration, Discovery schedules, and Event Management. I hold the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification, along with micro-certifications in Performance Analytics essentials and Virtual Agent.
