I'm looking to solve product-adjacent business problems by improving workflows, evaluating systems, understanding customer needs, and turning ambiguous requirements into scalable processes with cross-functional teams.

At Mindful Planner Events Organizing & Managing LLC, I partnered with the Founder and leadership team to solve operational problems across India and the UAE. I translated business requirements into workflows, systems, governance structures, and executable processes.

I implemented and evaluated Click Up, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and CRM/workflow solutions, balancing functionality, complexity, adoption, and business fit. I also used Draw.io, Notion AI, and generative AI to accelerate process mapping, research, analysis, and documentation.

At Blackwater Tech, I researched customers, competitors, and market opportunities across the UK, Europe, and North America, identifying three high-growth segments. I worked with COO, product, and technical teams to connect customer requirements with SaaS solutions, positioning, and go-to-market priorities.

My background combines Computer Science and Finance with hands-on work in product discovery, business analysis, CRM systems, financial analysis, customer experience, and cross-functional delivery. I enjoy breaking ambiguous problems into practical, scalable solutions.
