I've supported luxury guest experiences across The Oberoi New Delhi and The Oberoi Cecil, managing check-ins, check-outs, billing, VIP arrivals, requests, and service recovery using Opera PMS.

At The Oberoi Cecil, I independently managed front-office operations during supervisor absences and led daily shifts across reception, cashiering, reservations, operator desk, bell desk, and night audit. I coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, concierge, and reservations to keep room allocation and guest journeys seamless.

I've also trained junior associates and new team members on service standards and hotel policies. Recognized three times with the STEP of the Month Award, I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Tourism Studies while building toward a front-office leadership role.
