I’m a front-office hospitality professional with 6 years of dedicated experience, focused on directing daily operations, handling guest inquiries, and refining operational procedures. I’m known for a strategic approach that improves guest satisfaction while keeping service seamless and exceptional.

In my current role as Duty Manager at Novotel Mumbai JuhuBeach, I manage daily front office operations to maximize efficiency and ensure guests receive prompt attention. I also supervise and guide new employees to strengthen their understanding of job responsibilities, while efficiently handling front office tasks and addressing inquiries.

Earlier, I supported front office operations for pre-opening work at Navi Mumbai Marriott Hotel, where I helped establish and implement front desk procedure and guest service standards as per BSA (Brand Standard Audit). At JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in Dubai, I handled Executive Lounge service for Marriott Elite Membership guests, including room allocation, back-to-back arrival handling, check-in/check-out, billing preparation, and lounge buffet coordination—along with maintaining weekly forecast responsibilities.
