What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote Customer Success, Hospitality Operations, Guest Experience, Hotel-Tech Support, or Operations Coordinator role where I can bring luxury-hospitality experience into a corporate environment.

I'm currently leading daily housekeeping operations at The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur, ensuring luxury rooms and villas meet Oberoi service and quality standards.

I handle guest requests, complaints, and service-recovery situations, coordinating with Front Office, Butler, Engineering, IT, and other teams to resolve issues quickly.

I manage room readiness for arrivals, departures, VIP guests, and special occasions, while preparing rosters, allocating manpower, inspecting rooms, and following up on maintenance needs.
