What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead cross-functional, multicultural teams, apply data-driven decision-making, manage EU or international projects, and mentor teams in an agile, collaborative environment.

I am a dynamic Project Specialist with a track record of leading cross-functional, multinational teams and delivering measurable project outcomes. I combine strong project management, research, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive alignment and impact.

At Broken Chalk I led collaborative initiatives, prepared detailed reports and presentations, supported primary and secondary research, and wrote proposals for EU programs. I manage multilingual translation workflows and participate in global talent acquisition to strengthen teams.

Previously I coordinated projects at Thapasu LLP and TREDA, where I supported planning, budgeting, training, and client management, and used AI tools to organise findings and support data-driven decisions. I apply Agile and Scrum methodologies and mixed research methods to improve processes and outcomes.

I started my career as an Associate Software Engineer building SaaS solutions for banking, which gives me technical fluency in software delivery and analytics. I hold an M.A. in Sociology and a Google Project Management certification, and I bring a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to every role.
