I’m looking to grow in a technical support role where I can troubleshoot confidently, document incidents accurately, meet SLAs, and improve knowledge bases—while continuing to learn new technologies and strengthen team collaboration.

I’m a First Level SupportAgent who provides first-level troubleshooting of software and hardware problems, answers user calls and emails, and documents incidents in a tracking system. With “more than six years of experience in the IT sector,” I guide users through step-by-step resolutions, update the knowledge base, and keep customer satisfaction high while meeting agreed-upon resolution timeframes (SLAs).

Previously, I worked as a QAagent where I planned test scenarios and created test cases, identified and documented bugs, and collaborated with the development team to fix defects. I bring a structured, improvement-focused approach—training new employees, refining procedures, and continuously learning new technologies and products.
