I’m looking for a leadership role owning Amazon/multi-marketplace P&L and growth—where I can combine ads + conversion performance with BI forecasting and automation to scale teams and execution across EU/UK/US markets.

I’m a marketplace P&L and growth leader with 7 years of experience scaling Amazon and multi-marketplace portfolios across the EU, UK, US, Canada and Mexico. I combine commercial ownership—assortment, pricing, unit economics and growth planning—with hands-on FBA/FBM operations and performance marketing.

I’ve owned eight-figure marketplace P&Ls, managed €1M+ in advertising spend, led distributed teams of up to 20, and operated portfolios spanning 19 brands, 3,000+ SKUs and 5,000+ campaigns. My focus is execution that moves the numbers: ACoS/TACoS/ROAS optimization, conversion optimization, and disciplined inventory planning to protect profitability.

Most recently, I stepped in as an Interim General Manager for Amazon Growth, Ads & Automation, parachuting into a 100+ ASIN portfolio after a director’s exit. I owned portfolio-level profitability decisions across 19 brands and ran SP/SB/SD at scale with automated bid and budget guardrails—then automated ~80% of routine team workload using AI and n8n workflows, backed by BigQuery-to-Metabase BI governance.

I’m at my best building systems that improve decision speed and scalability—so teams can move faster with confidence. Whether it’s launching from zero or turning around performance, I bring structured experimentation, clear SOPs, and data-first forecasting to sustain growth.
