I’m looking to lead profitable Amazon and marketplace growth with retail media, strong P&L ownership, and AI-enabled automation—partnering cross-functionally to scale SKUs, improve attribution, and build scalable operating cadences.

I’m a commercial and e-commerce executive with 7+ years leading marketplace growth, retail media, P&L ownership, and AI transformation. I build scalable operating systems that connect marketing, finance, inventory, content, and technology across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and EU marketplaces.

In my interim General Manager mandate for Amazon Ads & AI Automation, I reported directly to the CEO while leading ~20 specialists to stabilise a 100+ ASIN multi-brand Amazon FBA portfolio after a director’s exit. I led commercial recovery and advertising performance, operating SP/SB/SD across 1,000+ campaigns and delivering 50,000+ ad-attributed orders at 20%+ CVR, with six-figure ad investment generating seven-figure attributed sales at sub-20% ACoS.

As Head of E-commerce / Amazon Growth Lead, I owned marketplace performance across UK, EU, and US, managing €900K+ Amazon ad investment at Vendor Central/Seller Central for Optimumsport and driving eight-figure portfolio outcomes. I scaled a 3,000+ SKU portfolio with 850+ active campaigns and delivered approximately 5x ROAS using structured account architecture, keyword and search term governance, and measurable contribution indicators (TACoS, ACoS, ROAS, CVR).

I also built the data and automation layer to make decisions faster and more reliable—replacing fragmented reporting with live executive dashboards and rule-based controls using SQL, BigQuery, SQLite, Metabase, n8n, Python/Flask, and supporting BI tooling. Earlier, I integrated operations for marketplace launches and scaled catalogue contribution from zero to $5M in sales across 80+ product launches.
