I am a bilingual (Japanese/English) customer service specialist with over five years of international experience across iGaming, aviation, and retail industries. I excel at managing multilingual inquiries via phone, email, and live chat while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

My technical proficiency includes CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Amadeus, and PaymentIQ, and I am comfortable working in both WFH and WFO environments. I have a consistent track record of resolving complaints professionally and improving operational accuracy.
