I combine technical training from a CECyTEC Mechatronics program with practical retail and call-center experience to deliver reliable, customer-centered support.

At Frutería Leoconsa I worked as a front-desk seller handling resupply and cashier duties, developing teamwork, fast learning, and informatics aptitude. At Teleperformance I served as a Customer Service Specialist, resolving issues, collaborating across departments, and maintaining high quality standards.

More recently, I provided English–Spanish interpretation services, reinforcing my communication strengths and professionalism. I am committed to continuous improvement and to applying my technical background to roles that value customer experience and clear cross-language communication.
